Aim
Provide various kinds of cooking courses at reasonable prices to help student to become an all-round chef in a short period of time.

Discount offer For students who have finished our courses and would like to re-take some of the courses, can enjoy 50% discount for course fee within 6 months.

Practical Students can practice their cooking skills in the school according to the practical timetable. Teachers are there to offer help and instruction. Students need to prepare the ingredients and they can take the finished dishes home. Students are only required to pay for the fuel fee.

Quick learning We can offer private classes and quick learning classes.

Conduct No visitor is allowed during classes. No substitute. We have the right to check students' ID card for verification. No smoking and no videoing during the classes.

Holidays No classes on labour holidays and school holidays. All classes will be cancelled if the Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted.

Teachers All classes are conducted by experienced chefs in restaurants and hotels. They are well trained as specialist chefs.

Certification Chef certification will be issued to students who have passed the exam and with good conduct.

Entry Our courses are held in a continuous circular basis. Students can join the course at any date and the course will end until students have learned all classes.
